WhatToEat is a personal tool for one recurring decision: what should I eat right now?

The current design starts with pantry state, taste, goals, and a fast daily check-in. The point is not to make food feel optimized. The point is to make the useful option easier to see when energy and attention are low.

The longer-term interest is consumer health software that respects context. Pantry, cravings, schedule, recovery, and labs should eventually be able to speak to each other without becoming another heavy tracking chore.
